I made this website after years of receiving online messages from my community, family and friends, requesting one on one psychoeducation sessions to improve their cognition, mood or lifestyle. Finally, this website is where I honor these requests through teaching and educating people on neuropsychological principles to aid their healing and well-being journey.

About Me.
I am currently applying to start my psychiatry residency in the United Kingdom in 2024. I currently hold a masters' degree in neuropsychology from the University of Bristol. I am a medical doctor , with extensive passion and curiosity in topics such as neuroplastcitiy, epigenetics and relational wellbeing. I have been lecturing, speaking and advocating for mental health through interactive visuals and education for the past 6 years . In summary, I am a science-based motivational speaker and academic researcher. I have been teaching and training world renowned individuals, companies and organizations, science-based tools from neuroscience and psychology to optimize performance, wellbeing and learning.
